Who we are
Ailana
Ailana founded Story in June 2008. In twelve
years of FMCG marketing she has promoted
everything from the ATP tennis tour to Alcatel
mobile phones and Fructis shampoo. Her most inspired early career move was side-stepping recruitment consultants and just writing directly to innocent to persuade them to give her a job. It worked and she ended up heading up the PR there for six years, working closely with the marketing team to build one of the best drink brands in town. Email Ailana
Claire
Claire has championed all sorts of fantastic food products ranging from well-known brands like Leiths, Louis Latour, Paul bakeries, Booths, Farmhouse Fare and innocent (where she worked with Ailana for three years) to generic campaigns for British beetroot and Cheshire Cheese. A fluent French speaker, she has also worked with some of France's top chefs on the French lifestyle show Vive La France. Susannah
Susannah has worked with luxury food brands such as Harvey Nichols Foodmarket and Poilâne bakery; spirits such as: Snow Queen Vodka and Rémy Martin. Her restaurant credentials are impeccable including Gaucho Restaurants, Asia de Cuba, Suka, Bumpkin, Aubaine, Momo, Harvey Nichols restaurants, VPMG and The Marc Group. Susannah has also worked on hotels such as The Mandeville and re-launching The Langham, London in 2009. Email Susannah
Hannah
Hannah has worked with iconic fashion brands such as Betsey Johnson, Amaya Arzuaga, Orla Kiely and Whistles. She has organised international events and continues to work closely with her global fashion and music contacts. Her fanzine Splendid! created a stir in East London and she has brought her love of design and words to a new sector. Email Hannah
Rose
Rose is the latest addition to the Story PR team. She is a dab hand at rolling sushi and is our official advisor on all things north of the border. Email Rose
Chris
Chris is our finance director. He's extremely experienced in managing small to medium sized businesses and an accountant to boot. If he had to list all the things he loved most in the world, Sage would definitely be somewhere on there (but it would come some way after his wife Tracey's amazing coffee cake). Email Chris
Jonathan
Jon, or King Jon as he is also known, is our illustrator extraordinaire.
