May is one of our favourite months. With sunnier evenings and two bank holiday weekends on the horizon, we cannot wait to make the most of London in the spring – here’s a round up of the events you’ll find us at over the next few weeks:

Fairground. Created by one of the founders of Street Feast, Fairground is the hottest place to be seen at this summer. A unique festival showcasing the best of what the capital has to offer in terms of food, drink and music, Fairground is in a disused office block on Kingsland Road. It reflects London’s growing interest in nights out that offer the laidback vibe of a music festival, but with great food producers and a bit of culture. Floor one and two are dedicated music spaces, Strangehill is running the bar and the third floor will host different pop-up restauranteurs – including Busabi Eathi’s chef Jude Sangsida, Som Saa and Yum Jungle. Running until 17th June.

Urban Food Fest. Shoreditch street food night market at Euro Car Parks on Shoreditch High Street. Running from 5pm-midnight until 21st June. Entrance is free and street food trucks at the site include Wood Fired Oven Pizza, Korean Ramen Burger & Fries (we need to try) and Salt Beef Bagels & Salad.

The menu has been created by Chef Ellen Parr and inspired by Osterley’s owner’s travels. Running 7th-9th & 12th-17th May 2014, from 7.00pm to 11.00pm.

Got Game. The young street food company currently has a six week residency with The Sun and 13 Cantons pub in Soho. The innovative yet tasty menu includes a variety of game meats and rare breeds, moving game into a new category (and away from the traditional flavour pairings and dishes).
